Job summary

The Red Hat People team is seeking an individual with extensive recruitment experience to join us as a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will manage a team of three to four recruiters located in the Czech Republic and Israel who act as internal consultants and advisors to hiring managers from the opening of a position requisition through the candidate onboarding process. You'll also develop and implement recruiting strategies for attracting and retaining the best talent to Red Hat. We'll need you to have experience with direct sourcing, networking, social networking, and internet recruiting.

Primary job responsibilities
  • Champion the talent acquisition processes and ensure compliance across a defined region
  • Mentor new employees and coach existing employees
  • Manage regional meetings and the delivery of routine training
  • Track metrics and promote team productivity
  • Recruit for technical positions in software engineering in addition to team lead responsibilities
Required skills
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience
  • 1+ years of agency recruiting experience and 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or team lead
  • Extensive experience and a successful track record of recruiting technical talent in a wide variety of software engineering positions
  • Experience with direct sourcing, networking, social networking, and internet recruiting
  • Previous client-facing experience with corporate managers
  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for and commitment to developing leading-edge technology, while working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Good organization skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
