The Red Hat Sales team is seeking an experienced sales engineer to join us as a Solutions Architect and support sales efforts for Red Hat JBoss Middleware. In this position, you will be the first in-depth experience our customers have with Red Hat, while creating possibilities, solving problems, and establishing working relationships. You'll discover and analyze our customers' business and technical needs, and collaborate with the Sales and Technical Delivery teams to help them invest wisely in the best solutions from across the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) product suite to give their systems maximum flexibility, allowing them to run faster and more efficiently. We'll need you to have a balance of serious technical expertise, a passion for open source, and a thorough understanding of business processes. As a Solutions Architect, you'll also need great communication and people skills, as you will present product features and benefits to rooms full of curious engineers and make solid business cases in closed-door meetings with C-level executives.
